Vanilla Haiku

I am sharing everyday pieces of my life on Instagram in the form of haiku – short Japanese poems. Each poem is written in Slovak and English and consists exactly of 17 syllables divided into a 5-7-5 pattern.

Vanilla was chosen to represent something ordinary, normal, almost boring. Each haiku consists of two colours – black and vanilla, visually representing the vanilla flower and beans. The bio and every bit of marketing was also done in a form of a haiku.
